Colombian Huila Organic special sort.
This Colombian is new to us and we simply love it!! It is roasty toasty, with a ton of mouthfeel and fattyness. Deep ripe fruity notes are intense but low in acidity. Notes of butter and bread, yeast and raisins make this feel like a dessert!
