Ethiopia Sidamo Bokaso. New co-op for us. We love this crop. This coffee has a little less lemony acidity and brightness, but more nutty sweetness than previous Sidamos. Floral, citrus, vanilla aroma. Sweet, buttery, hazelnut, pomelo notes.
