Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. It's the first time we get our hands on some yirg and we are loving it!!! Grown between 1750-2200 meters in altitude, Yirgacheffe is probably the most sought after Ethiopian coffee. This lot came in fresh with an amazing score. Very fruity, very juicy, sweet, syrupy. notes of mango, lemon zest, apricot, floral, some chocolate undertones and the list goes on...Enjoy!
