This Rwandan honey process is from the Hinga Kawa cooperative in the Gankeke region. A woman's initiative coop established in 1999.
This is a very sweet and creamy cup. Notes of fruit like prunes or plums are subtle but clean, with lemony, candy aroma, and a great mouthfeel.
