FRESH CROP ALERT!
Here is a super fresh honey process coffee from Finca Perla Azul in Honduras. Producer Gracia Maria Penabla. 
 This is a very mild honey process with not too many fermented notes. A very clean cup. Fragrances of Plum, milk chocolate and butter are so rich! In the cup, we tasted brown sugar, floral notes of bergamot and chamomile, some blackcurrant, and fresh cream.
