Ethiopian dry process coffees are, in our opinion, at the summum of specialty coffee. This lot is from the Guji region, Oromia. It pleasantly surprises us every time we taste it. The flavor profile is very unique, but does not adventure too far from what you expect from coffee. 
      A very sweet fragrance of dried fruit, figues, and coco butter. Some fruity notes of mango, and strawberries, with a little bit of spicy and herbal hints of wintergreen and bubblegum. The body is juicy, and the aftertaste gets sweeter and sweeter.
